Capture only what is needed, permanently conceal confidential information, then reopen the final file to check it before sharing.
Choose only the relevant area
If the problem is overlapping headings, an image of the heading and its surroundings is enough. You do not need the entire screen or account page. Close notifications and other apps first so private messages do not appear in the capture.

Identify what must be removed
Check names, email addresses, phone numbers, account identifiers, balances, transactions, QR codes, document numbers and security codes. The address bar may contain tokens after a question mark or hash. Do not assume small text cannot be read after enlargement.

Use permanent edits
Crop sensitive areas or cover them with opaque blocks in an image editor, then export a new image file. Avoid translucent markers that still reveal underlying text. Do not just place removable objects over an image inside a document.

Check the file you will send
Open the exported file, zoom in and inspect every corner. Check that its filename does not contain an account or document number. Include a written explanation so the recipient does not have to guess the issue from the image. These steps support minimal evidence sharing; they do not guarantee that every app removes all metadata.

Checklists and examples are provided for editorial explanation. Any RM calculations are explicitly fictional illustrations in the text, not Alibaba66 terms or features.
