Find the original announcement, identify its publisher and check the effective date. A reshared screenshot does not establish that a change is currently taking place.
Distinguish three types of material
An original announcement comes from the party responsible for the matter. Reporting describes that announcement, while opinion interprets it. All can be useful, but do not turn a writer's interpretation into an official statement. Find the original document and read the relevant section.

Use two dates
The publication date shows when information was released. The effective date shows when a change starts. A new report may discuss an old event. An updated article should explain what changed, particularly when it affects how readers understand instructions.

Check the scope of a change
Ask whether an announcement applies to all users, a particular region, an app version or a specific period. Words such as all and immediately require support in the original source. If the scope is unstated, do not fill it in with assumptions.

How to send a correction
For a blog issue, send the article URL, disputed passage and original source to [email protected]. Do not include passwords or account details. The blog's correction guidance and editorial policy describe its process. This article teaches source checking; it does not announce an Alibaba66 operational change.
Method note
Checklists and examples are provided for editorial explanation. Any RM calculations are explicitly fictional illustrations in the text, not Alibaba66 terms or features.
